The Alignment Blueprint -
Take ownership

of your Pilates practice

Teach with confidence, make connections.

Master the classical principles that transform both teaching and practice.

The Pilates industry is becoming increasingly diluted, with some “teacher trainings” compressed into a single weekend and focused on memorization rather than mastery. This program is intentionally different. It offers a thorough, meaningful education in the full Pilates system, paired with an in-depth understanding of the body and its movement. You won’t just learn exercises—you’ll learn how to think, assess, and teach through intelligent, corrective movement.

*Completion of this training does not guarantee job placement*

Why does the training take so long?

This is the standard pace of most Classical Pilates Teacher Trainings.  Over the course of four months, the extended time gives you the opportunity to learn, feel the work in your own body, and build confidence using Pilates language in your teaching.  Online materials are meant to support and enhance our in-person sessions and can be completed at your own pace, with all required documentation completed and submitted by the end of May.

Can anyone take the training?

This teacher training course is open to everyone, except those with major injuries or who are pregnant. We welcome all who meet these criteria to join and grow with us.

Some examples of major injuries include, but are not limited to, the following:
1.  Severe spinal injuries, such as a herniated disc or spinal cord damage.
2.  Recent major joint surgeries, like hip or knee replacement.

What is NPCP?

The National Pilates Certification Program is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). The NPCP is the gold standard for Pilates certification. It confirms that a teacher has a strong understanding of the full Pilates system, safety, and anatomy. NPCP certification is widely recognized by studios and insurance providers and helps teachers build credibility, confidence, and long-term career opportunities in the Pilates field.
