Bri is a movement enthusiast with a deep passion for sharing Pilates...not just because it works, but because it changed her life. Pilates helped Bri get back on her feet, rebuild strength, and create a sustainable, healthy relationship with her body. What began as personal healing evolved into a lifelong commitment to movement, education, and teaching.
